To arrange for a panel of ARBITRITE's  retired jurists to decide your appeal the parties must agree on a panel of one or three judges.  The fee for an expedited online appellate determination varies accordingly, from $25,000 (per judge on panel).   Submissions  are limited to redacted versions of the briefs and record on appeal.  All other procedures  and options remain the same.  Contact our Appellate Case Coordinator further assistance.
