ARBITRITE's 1 Page of Rules as well as its - 1 Page Agreements for a two party dispute - and for a multiparty dispute are available for download below. ARBITRITE reserves the right to reject any submission, and to modify its form agreements from time to time. Parties should feel free to modify or adjust the terms of their agreement to suit their situation, subject to acceptance by ARBITRITE. Fees are subject to change for submissions involving more than 2 disputing parties.
